Destination Leadership, Dr. Dan Griffith, Tuesdays, 7:00 – 9:00 pm, April 26th through June 28th, Horton Room 209

Destination Leadership is designed to help leaders bring those who follow to a defined destination (place of maturity, numerical objective, completion of a project, acquisition of a skill, etc.) This course helps leaders to set realistic goals and then overcome the obstacles in its path. Those in Scripture who could one day say, “It is finished,” left a trail of clear principles in their path. This course will introduce us to those timeless principles!

Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians, Pastor David Sell, Tuesdays, 7:00 – 9:00 pm, April 26th through June 28th, Horton Room 208

Ephesians, Philippians, Colossians & Philemon comprise what has been called the “Prison Epistles.” Written from a Roman prison cell, Paul addresses some of the most intriguing themes of the Kingdom that include: the merging of Jews and Gentiles, the formation of the bride of Christ, the journey to maturity, the establishment of apostles, prophets and other key ministries. Paul also speaks into marriage, resolving conflict, and living a life of peace.

The Local Church, Pastors David Sell, Ernest Gentile, Wayne Mancari, Thursdays, 7:00 – 9:00 pm, April 28th through June 30th, Horton Room 208

This unique course will address the make up and workings of the local church, particularly from a leader’s perspective. Among subjects to be addressed include the church’s unique DNA, how a church is planted, development of leadership ministries, becoming visitor friendly without compromising biblical integrity, the worship team, Christian education, eldership & deacons, church finances, the ingredients within a Sunday service, the pastoral department, the demanding life of the senior pastor, and what makes a church grow.
