How long does it take?
“I already have credits from other schools”
The more transferable units you have completed, the sooner you will graduate. Students can transfer in up to 135 quarter units. There is still, however, a one year residence requirement before receiving a degree from NCBC. This means taking at least 15 courses to graduate.

“I already have an A.A. or B.A. degree”

Students who already have an A.A. degree will need to take 30 courses (90 units) from NCBC to satisfy the one year residence requirement before receiving their degree from NCBC.

Students who already have a B.A. degree from another college will need to take 15 courses (45 units) from NCBC to satisfy the one year residence requirement before receiving their degree from NCBC.

“I’m starting from the beginning”
Every student starts from the same place. If you time the time we recommend pursuing either of our two degree programs. If you don’t have the time to pursue an actual degree, consider the Bible Certificate Program that requires only 15 of the most vital courses we offer. After completing these courses you will have earned an official “Certificate in Biblical Studies,” giving evidence that you have systematically studied the scriptures.
